To help the Group’s high-quality development, strengthen the management of scientific research funds, and improve the efficiency of the use of scientific research funds, CISRI held a national scientific and technological project fund management training meeting on November 15. Rong Yan, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and chief accountant of the Group Company, attended the training meeting and delivered a speech. Related functional departments and affiliated units of the Group Company participated in the training.

Rong Yan pointed out that accelerating the promotion of self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology was one of key contents of the report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC. Improving the effectiveness of scientific research funds and continuously strengthening the management of scientific research project funds are an important measure for CISRI to play a leading role in scientific and technological innovation strategy. We should fulfill the responsibility of practicing the national innovation-driven development strategy, and continue to improve the scientific and technological innovation system. We should make a scientific use of scientific research funds, vigorously improve the efficiency of scientific research, and further improve the management level of national scientific research funds and the quality of accounting information to help the Group Company achieve high-quality development.

The training meeting invited senior experts from the industry to carry out training around the key contents such as key points of the reform of central financial funds, the management of folk scientific research projects and special engineering funds. The affiliated units of the Group actively registered and participated in the training. This training aimed to study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy, promote the Group Company to improve the management mechanism of national special financial funds, standardize the fund management, and ensure the smooth implementation of national science and technology projects.
